Livi North is a parallel-parenting coach and the creator and host of "Unfuck Your Coparenting". Her work focuses on navigating high-conflict co-parenting when traditional ideas about cooperation, communication and "healthy co-parenting" simply don't work.

Her perspective is also deeply personal. After experiencing a toxic marriage herself, Livi found that ending the relationship did not automatically end the conflict. Today, she combines that lived experience with her background in strategic planning, systems design and performance management to help parents recognize recurring patterns, respond differently to conflict and build more stability around themselves and their children.
